The Urban Planning (Scheme of Regularisation -Muungano Order 2022

1.This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Scheme of Regularisation - Muungano) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap.355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area (scheme of regularisation) for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

NO.340 (Contd.) _______ SCHEDULE _______ (Made under paragraph 2) The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at a point with coordinates 179834.058E, 8835598.998N, thence the boundary moves in South-East on a bearing S83043’35’’E for a distance of 1.716 kilometres to a point with coordinates 181540.080E, 8835411.446N nearby Mtwara-Mbamba Bay road, thence in South-West direction along Mtwara-Mbamba Bay road for a distance of 2.105 kilometres to a point with coordinates 179698.230E, 8834804.946N, thence in North-East direction on a N09042’25’’E for a distance of 0.806 kilometres to the point of commencement.”.
