The Urban Planning (Magagula Planning Area ) Order 2022

1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Magagula Planning Area) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap. 355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

3. General and detailed schemes for the scheduled area shall be prepared and deposited with the Director of Urban Planning and Songea District Executive Director. 1 Urban Planning (Magagula Planning Area) GN. NO.342 (Contd.) _______ SCHEDULE ________ The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: (Made under paragraph 2) “Commencing at beacon number NAK 02 with coordinates 748734E, 8809624N which is the source of Mlale river thence the boundary moves along Mlale river to South until to its another source at beacon number NGK 01 with coordinates 751611E, 8799850N thence moves along 003º 42’ 00’’ South to beacon number NGK 02 with coordinates 751212E, 8792300N, thence moves straight to beacon number NGK 02 752300E, 8786900N which is at a distance of 5.41289 kilometres from this point, thence moves straight at 90º 00’ 00’’ West to join Ruvuma river, thence moves along Ruvuma river until the point where the river makes 90º 00’ 00’’ with beacon number NAK 02 with coordinates 748734E, 8809624N at the East thence moves straight to beacon number NAK 02 with coordinates 748734E, 8809624 N to the point of commencement.” Dodoma, ANGELINE S.
