The Urban Planning (Scheme of Regularisation- Mkongo Gulioni ) Order 2022

1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Scheme of Regularisation-Mkongo Gulioni) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap.355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area (scheme of regularisation) for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

NO.343 (Contd.) __________ SCHEDULE __________ (Made under paragraph 2) The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at a point with coordinates 175661.393E, 8816302.964N, thence the boundary moves in North-East direction on a bearing N47041’25’’E for a distance of 1.465 kilometres to a point with coordinates 176744.465 E, 8817288.820N, thence in South-East direction on a bearing S42003’32’’E for a distance of 2.479 kilometres to a point with coordinates 178405.335E, 8815448.040N, thence in South-West direction on a bearing S46028’01’’W for a distance of 1.348 kilometres to a point with coordinates 177427.575E, 8814519.279N, thence in North-West direction on a N44043’14’’W for a distance of 2.510 kilometres to the point of commencement.”.
