The Urban Planning (Scheme of Regularisation- Mtipwili) Order 2022

1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Scheme of Regularisation - Mtipwili) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap.355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area (scheme of regularisation) for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

NO.345 (Contd.) _____ SCHEDULE ________ (Made under paragraph 2) The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at a point with coordinates 707756.389E, 8744356.639N near un-named river, thence the boundary moves in South-East on a bearing S36039’36’’E moves for a distance of 0.329 kilometres to point with coordinates 707952.938E, 8744095.566N, thence in South-East direction on a bearing S01050’13’’E for a distance of 1.356 kilometres to a point with coordinates 707996.403E, 8742740.346N, thence in South-West direction on a bearing S81010’27’’W for a distance of 0.521 kilometres to a point with coordinates 707481.527E, 8742660.401N, thence in North-West direction on a bearing N40000’17’’W for a distance of 1.105 kilometres to a point with coordinates 706771.251E, 8743506.736N at un-named River, thence in North-East direction along the un-named river for a distance of 1.341 kilometres to the point of commencement.”.
