The Mining (lapidary (Amendment) Regulations 2022

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Mining (Lapidary) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 and shall be read as one with the Mining (Lapidary) the Regulations, 2020 hereinafter referred “principal Regulations”. to as Amendment of regulation 21

2. The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 21 by deleting the words “SLL. 5” and substituting with the words “SLL.4”. Amendment of Third Schedule

3. The principal Regulations are amended by adding immediately after the Second Schedule the following: 1 GN. NO.420 (Contd.)
