1. This Notice may be cited as the Urban Planning (Luhafwe Special Planning Area) Notice, 2022.

2. The area prescribed in the Schedule to this Notice is hereby declared to be a special planning area for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act.

3. Detailed schemes for the scheduled area shall be prepared and deposited with the Director of Urban Planning and Tanganyika District Executive Director. _______ SCHEDULE _______ (Made under paragraph 2) The special planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at a point with coordinates 2670007E, 9361020N along the Mpanda-Uvinza road; thence the boundary follows North-West direction with bearing (N 29° 04′ 52″ W) for a distance of 18.5 Kilometers to a point with coordinates 263689.88E, 9351732.90N along the Mpanda-Uvinza road; thence the boundary follows North-West direction within the Mpanda- Uvinza road to a point with coordinates 262803.65E, 9353326.40N; thence North-West direction with bearing (N 29° 04′ 52″ W) for a distance of 12.211 Kilometers to the point with coordinates 256868.41E, 9363998.23N in the Mpanda-Uvinza road; thence North-Western direction within the Mpanda-Uvinza road to a point with coordinates 256042.05E, 9365308.06N; thence South- West direction with bearing (S 21° 54′ 25″ W) for a distance of
