The applicant is hereby granted a construction approval to construct a petroleum products retail outlet at Plot No. 20, Block “A”, Lusaka Mwembe Area, Mbinga Urban Area in Ruvuma Regionsubject to the following conditions: (a) the retail station shall be constructed in accordance with the Tanzania Bureau of Standards TZS and TZS 1079:2009; 1115:2009 1 Petroleum (Vag Contractors Limited) (Construction Approval) GN.
