About this statute
The Board of Directors must include a Chairman appointed by the President and six other members appointed by the Minister. Board members must choose a Vice-Chairman from among themselves. The elected Vice-Chairman serves for one year from election and may be re-elected if still a board member. Board members serve for three years, may resign by written notice to the Minister, and certain members stop being members when they stop holding the office that made them eligible. A person meeting the listed insolvency or serious-imprisonment conditions must not be appointed as a Board member. The Board must meet at least four times a year.
