A person who wants to act as an agent in matters before or affecting the Registrar must apply to be entered on the register, in the prescribed manner, and must meet prescribed qualifications.

65.–(1) Subject to subsection (2) any person desirous of acting as an Agent for an applicant, proprietor, registered user or other person concerned in any proceeding or matter before or affecting the Registrar under this Act and regulations, shall apply to the Registrar in the prescribed manner, to be entered on the Register of Trade and Service Mark Agents to be kept by the Registrar. (2) The qualifications for a person to be entered on the Register of Trade and Service Mark Agents shall be as prescribed. Repeal Ord No. 44 of 1957
