A member may resign at any time by written notice to the Minister, and the Minister may remove a member from office if specified conditions are met. The Board must meet at least four times each financial year, keep no more than four months between meetings, and follow quorum and voting rules for its business. The Board’s common seal must be authenticated by the signatures of the Secretary and the Chairman; Board decisions may also be authenticated by their signatures.
