5.-(1) An ordinary meeting of the Board of Trustees shall be convened by the Chairman and the notice specifying the place, date, time, and agenda for the meeting together with the papers from the meeting shall be submitted to each Trustee at his usual place of business or residence not less than fourteen days before the date of the meeting. (2) The Chairman or in his absence the Vice-Chairman shall be bound to convene a special meeting of the Board of Trustees upon receipt of a request in writing in that behalf signed by not less than three Trustees. (3) A Trustee who has direct or indirect interest in a matter coming before the Board of Trustees shall disclose the nature of that interest 102 Wildlife Conservation Act [CAP. 283 R.E. 2022] to the Chairman or the Vice-Chairman and thereafter he shall not, take part in the deliberation or decision on that matter.
