稽勳委員會組織條例

稽勳委員會隸屬於國民政府，並負責勳績審核事項。

稽勳委員會秘書處得雇用五至七名雇員。

稽勳委員會處務規程由會擬訂，並呈請國民政府核定。

稽勳委員會應有11至15名委員，並由國民政府遴聘；內政部部長、外交部部長、銓敘部部長及僑務委員會委員長是當然委員。
