國家安全會議組織法

This provision states that the law is enacted under Article 2, paragraph 4 of the Additional Articles of the Constitution of the Republic of China.

國家安全會議設秘書處，負責處理議程編撰、會議記錄、決議案聯繫，以及文書、檔案、出納、事務、資訊、印信典守和國家安全研究等事項。

秘書處要設人事、會計、政風三個單位；軍職人員的任用不得超過編制員額的三分之一。

必要時，前條所列研究人員等得依聘用人員聘用條例聘用；但聘用員額不得超過該職稱編制員額的三分之二。

第十一條所定有官等、職等的人員，其職務適用的職系，應依公務人員任用法第八條從相關職系中選用。

Certain incumbent staff registered under the former dispatch personnel rules may keep serving in an equivalent post until they leave office, if they do not meet civil service appointment qualifications.

國家安全會議可以制定自己的議事規則和處務規程。

本法自公布日起施行。

國家安全會議是總統就國家安全相關重大方針的諮詢機關；本條也說明了「國家安全」的範圍。

國家安全會議由總統擔任主席；如果總統因事不能出席，由副總統代理。

This provision lists who attends the National Security Council meeting and allows the President to designate other relevant personnel to attend.

The National Security Council’s resolutions are to be used as a reference for the President’s decisions.

The National Security Council must have one secretary-general, who is specially appointed.

國家安全會議應設副秘書長一至三人，協助秘書長處理會務，職務比照簡任第十四職等。

國家安全會議及其所屬國家安全局應受立法院監督；國家安全局的組織另由法律規定。

國家安全會議應設諮詢委員五人至七人，由總統特聘。
