國史館臺灣文獻館組織條例

This provision states that the regulation is enacted under Article 11 of the National Palace Museum Organization Act.

本館的辦事細則由本館擬訂，並報請國史館核定。

本條例的施行日期，由總統府會同行政院以命令決定。

國史館臺灣文獻館負責辦理臺灣文獻、史料、典藏、研究、出版、展示、推廣與數位化等事項。

本館應設採集組、整理組、編輯組，分別負責前條所列事項。

本館秘書室負責辦理議事、公共關係、文書、檔案、印信、出納、事務管理、財產管理，以及其他不屬於各組、室的事項。

本館設館長1人與副館長1人；館長負責綜理館務，並指揮、監督所屬人員，副館長協助館務。

The office has specified numbers of staff in each position and grade, and four of the clerks in the total staffing are not replaced when vacated.

The institution must set up a personnel office, appoint one director, and fill any other needed staff within the staffing quota set by the statute.

本館應設會計室，置會計主任1人，並在法定員額內補充其他所需人員。

第五條至第八條所定列有官等、職等的人員，其職務適用的職系，依公務人員任用法第八條規定選用。
