行政院組織法

This provision says the law is enacted under Constitution Article 61.

行政院院長負責綜理院務，並指揮監督所屬機關及人員；如因事故不能視事，由副院長代理其職務。

行政院院長可以邀請或指定有關人員列席行政院會議。

行政院設置秘書長、副秘書長與發言人，並規定發言人可由政務職務人員兼任。

The grades, ranks, and staffing quota for each Executive Yuan position are to be set separately in an establishment table.

行政院可以在院內設立專責單位，目的是處理特定事務。

This provision says the law takes effect on 1 January 2012, and the effective date for any amended provisions is to be determined by the Executive Yuan.
