法官學院組織法

This provision states that the Act is enacted under Article 22-1 of the Judicial Yuan Organization Act.

司法院可以調派法官到本學院辦事；本學院也可以聘任法官或其他專業人士兼任講座。

The academy may establish committees as needed, and committee staffing must be filled within the personnel limits set by the law. Committee membership must also meet a minimum one-third single-sex requirement.

本學院要擬訂處務規程及各項行政章則，並報請司法院核定。

本法的施行日期由司法院决定。

本學院負責法官職前研習、在職進修、交流合作、課程教材研究發展，以及司法院指定的其他研習研究事項。

本學院設院長一人，職務列簡任第十四職等，並負責綜理院務。

The academy has one chief secretary, and the position is graded at simplified rank 10 to 11.

本學院設有教務、學務、研究發展、總務四組；各組如有業務需要，可以再分股辦事。

This provision sets the number of staff positions in the academy and the civil service grade ranges for each position.

本學院在研究發展或對外交流需要時，可以設置研究員2人、副研究員4人。

本學院設人事室，並應在本法規定的員額內派充其餘所需工作人員。

本學院設主計室，並配置一名主任；其他所需工作人員須在本法所定員額內派充。
