監察院各委員會組織法

This provision states that the Act is enacted under Article 3(1) of the Control Yuan Organization Act.

This provision says the Act takes effect on the date of promulgation, and the 2021-04-27 amended provisions take effect on a date set by the Control Yuan.

監察院應設置列明的各委員會，必要時可分設或合併，並可因業務需要在院內設特種委員會。

監察委員分任各委員會委員；每名委員最多可任三個委員會委員，每一委員會的人數不得超過十四人。

各委員會要設一名召集人，並由委員互選產生；召集人任期一年，不得連任，也不得同時擔任其他委員會召集人。

This article lists the matters to be discussed by the committee.

各委員會會議由召集人召集；也可以由三人以上委員提議後召集。

委員會開會時，須有過半數委員出席；決議則須經出席委員過半數通過。

If a committee matter relates to another committee, the committees may hold a joint meeting. The relevant committee conveners jointly convene that meeting and choose one chairperson.

各委員會須配置指定編制人員；並且其職員可依事務繁簡，由院長調用。
