國民大會同意權行使法

This provision says the law is enacted pursuant to Article 34 of the Constitution.

審查會開會時，可以通知被提名人到會說明；代表也可以就被提名人是否適任的相關事項進行詢答。

審查會原則上以公開方式進行；必要時，經出席代表過半數同意後，可以改開秘密會議。

審查會完成審查後，應提出資格審查報告書，並送請大會行使同意權。

The assembly must immediately hold separate votes on whether to consent to the listed nominees after hearing the review report.

代表應以無記名方式，在同意權票上對被提名人姓名上方的「同意」或「不同意」欄加蓋圈戳，表示同意或不同意。
