國立中央研究院基金條例

This provision states that the regulation is made under Article 8 of the National Central Academia Sinica Organization Act.

The fund’s sources are government-allocated money, interest earned on accumulated funds, donations from private persons or groups, and income from projects and other activities.

國立中央研究院基金的保管，由國立中央研究院基金委員會負責。

國立中央研究院基金委員會由指定人員組成，並以院長為主席、總幹事為秘書、會計主任為會計。

國立中央研究院基金投資時，應優先購買政府債券；其他投資辦法要由基金委員會會計提出並經委員會通過。

國立中央研究院可以把每年基金孳息的一部分，用於指定的講座、研究生名額、獎學金、投資、建築設備或其他特別事業；相關用途要先由院長提出，經基金委員會通過，並向國民政府備案。

國立中央研究院基金的預算、會計、決算與審計，應依關於特種基金的法律規定辦理。

This provision says the条例 takes effect on the date it is promulgated.
