印信條例

印信的製發與使用，依本條例辦理。

各級地方民意機關的印或關防，以及議長職章的製發，適用同級政府機關印信的規定。

本條規定不同層級與性質的學校、教育文化事業機構印信，由指定機關製發，私立學校的印信材質、形式與尺度也要比照公立者辦理。
