國家安全法

This law is enacted to protect national security and maintain social stability.

Violating the investigation secrecy order in the previous article is punishable by up to five years’ imprisonment, detention, or a fine of up to NT$1,000,000, or both.

承攬廠商、分包廠商人員及受政府機關委託、補助或出資者相關人員，履約時不得明知來源來自大陸地區、香港、澳門或境外敵對勢力，而交付或提供用於軍事工程或採購的產品或服務；明知為不實的軍用武器、彈藥或作戰物資也不得交付或提供。

本法的施行細則和施行日期，由行政院 तय定。

本條禁止任何人為特定外國或敵對勢力，對國家核心關鍵技術的營業秘密做竊取、重製、使用、洩漏、隱匿等行為，也禁止意圖在境外使用而實施這些行為。

National security maintenance applies to Taiwan’s territory, including both cyberspace and physical space.

警察或海岸巡防機關在必要時，可以依職權檢查入出境旅客、相關人員、物品及運輸工具；執行機關也可在必要時報請行政院，指定國防部所屬單位協助執行。

主管機關得劃定並公告管制區；人民進出管制區前應申請許可；必要時可實施限建或禁建，相關土地稅捐應減免。
