壯世代政策與產業發展促進法

政府應在本法施行後二年內發布國家壯世代人口政策白皮書，並定期檢討修正；各級政府也要配合白皮書，檢討並修正其主管的政策與行政措施，並推動執行。

各級政府應充實相關人力，並辦理人員教育訓練，以提升工作品質。
