本條規定，依本條例編列預算的中央各部會，必須在本條例施行後兩個月內提出災後復原重建計畫，並按季將預算工作計畫的實施內容概述及預計進度送立法院備查。

主管機關 must 設置資訊網站專區，提供可搜尋且易理解的完整資訊，並按月公開本條例的執行進度及內容。
