縣行政人員任用條例

County administrative personnel appointments are handled under this条例 unless another law provides otherwise.

County administrative personnel must appoint qualified county residents first.

省政府委任各種縣行政人員後，應按月列表彙報內政部、銓敘部備案。

經考試合格依法任用的縣行政人員，非依法不得停職或免職；若違法或失職，縣長可以先停職並派員暫代，但仍須報省政府核准並依法交付懲戒。

This provision says any matters not covered by this regulation are governed by the Civil Service Employment Act.

縣行政人員應優先任用考試及格分發的人員。

各省政府要參照委任職公務員俸給規定，並考量地方情形，擬訂縣行政人員的敘俸，送內政部核定。

銓敘部得委託省政府組織的公務員任用資格審查委員會，辦理依第三條、第四條任用之縣行政人員資格審查。

縣長要先遴選合格人員，並呈請省政府委任縣行政人員；秘書則由縣長呈請省政府任免。
