妨害國幣懲治條例

本條先定義「國幣」，並規定意圖營利而私運銀、金或各種新舊硬幣出口，以及其未遂犯，都要受重罰。

For profit, a person who destroys old or new coins is punishable by imprisonment of one to seven years, and may also be fined up to three times the coin amount or value. Attempted commission is also punished.

任何人若意圖供行使而偽造或變造幣券，可能構成犯罪，並面臨徒刑與罰金；未遂也處罰。

以營利為目的而不按法定比率兌換幣券，或從事幣券兌換業而收取超過幣額1%的手續費者，處十倍以下所得利益罰金。

故意損毀幣券、使其不能使用的人，會被處以不超過所損毀幣額五倍的罰金。

犯本條例之罪者，其銀類、金類、新舊各種硬幣，以及偽造、變造或損毀的幣券，會被沒收。

This provision says the statute takes effect on the date it is published.
