About this statute
This provision states that the ordinance is enacted to prevent and punish the crime of harming people. Publicly inciting others to commit the offense in the preceding paragraph is punishable by life imprisonment or imprisonment of seven years or more. 前二條所列的犯罪，不論是在平時或戰時，都適用本條例。 犯本條例之罪的人，不論身分如何，都適用本條例規定。 犯本條例之罪者的第一審，由高等法院或分院管轄。
