內政部警政署組織條例

This provision states that the regulation is enacted under Article 5 of the Ministry of the Interior Organization Act.

本署應設統計室，並配置一名統計主任；其餘所需人員須在本條例定額內派充。

本署應設政風室，並配置一名主任；其餘所需工作人員，須在本條例所定員額內派充。

第七條至第十一條所定、具有官等職等的人員（警察官除外），其職務適用的職系，依公務人員任用法第八條選用。

本署因業務需要，可以設置外事警官隊或各種委員會；所需工作人員應在本條規定員額內派充或調兼。

本署為執行警察業務時，可以對各級警察機關發布署令。

本署辦事細則由本署擬訂，並報請內政部核定。

本條例自公布日起施行；修正條文的施行日期由行政院以命令另定。
