中央警察大學組織條例

本大學應設會計室，配置一名會計主任，並由會計主任依法辦理歲計、會計及統計事項；其餘工作人員在法定員額內派充。

本大學應設學生（員）總隊，並由該總隊負責學生（員）軍訓及生活輔導事項。

本條規定，第五條至第十一條所列有官等職等人員的職務適用職系，原則上依公務人員任用法第八條辦理；警察官及聘任人員不在此列。

大學得因實際需要設置各種委員會，所需工作人員則在本條例規定的員額內調整補充。

大學辦事細則由大學擬訂，並報請內政部核定、教育部核備。

本條例自公布日開始施行。

本條說明中央警察大學隸屬內政部，並在大學法相關規定下接受教育部指導。
