國家公園管理處組織通則

本條規定配置一名第五職等的會計員，並由其依法辦理歲計、會計及統計事項；所需佐理人員在通則定額內派充。

管理處可因國家公園環境和業務需要設置管理站；管理站設置標準由內政部擬定並報請行政院核定。

管理處應指派技正兼任管理站主任。

管理處應核實配置警察人員；警察人員負責維護國家公園區域內治安秩序與環境保護，並協助處理違反國家公園法事項。

第七條至第十條所定各職稱人員，其職位職系應依公務職位分類法及職系說明書，從列舉及其他相關職系中遴用。

各該處應擬定管理處辦事細則，並報請內政部營建署轉報內政部核定。
