各省市警察學校組織通則

This provision says the rule was made under Article 3 of the Police Education Act.

警察學校要實施軍事訓練與生活管理，並設學生總隊；另外，警察學校也可以設警衛隊和警察樂隊。

警察學校的編制種類和員額配置，依附表規定；相關配置由省（市）政府或內政部警政署擬訂後，報行政院核定。

警察學校在符合實際需要時，可以設置各種警察學術研究委員會。

學校應擬定警察學校辦事細則，並報請所屬警政主管機關核定。

本通則自公布日起施行。

各省（市）可以設警察學校；必要時，若干省（市）也可以聯合設立地區性警察學校，並隸屬內政部警政署。

警察學校會依學生人數分為甲種、乙種或丙種編制。

警察學校各組、室、館各自負責指定業務；甲種編制的各組、室、館還可以分股辦事。

A police school must have one principal who manages school affairs, and one director of education who assists the principal under the principal’s instructions.

警察學校應配置教官，並聘任教師；教師聘任資格由內政部會同教育部決定。

警察學校 must 配置 specified administrative, technical, and medical staff positions, and may hire employees.

Police schools must set up a personnel office or appoint a personnel manager, and staffing for personnel administration must be filled within the quota set by these rules.

警察學校應設會計室或置會計員，並由會計室配置會計主任及會計員；所需人員依本通則所定員額派充。
