內政部兒童局組織條例

本條例係依兒童福利法第六條第二項及內政部組織法第八條之一制定。

本局辦事細則由本局擬訂，並報請內政部核定。

本條例自公布日開始施行。

內政部兒童局負責掌理兒童福利相關事項，包括法規政策研擬、地方監督指導、研究實驗、專業訓練、機構標準審核、國際合作等。

本局各組分別負責辦理前條所列事項。

The office has a secretariat office responsible for documents, seals, payments, general affairs, meetings, printing, and other matters not assigned to other sections or offices.

本局設置一名局長，負責綜理局務並指揮監督所屬人員。

This provision lists the positions in the agency and the grade level assigned to each one.

本局應設人事室，配置主任一人，並在法定員額內派充其他所需人員。

本局應設會計室，配置一名會計主任，並在本條例所定員額內派充其他所需人員。

Certain listed personnel must be assigned to the relevant job classification under Civil Service Appointment Act Article 8, and specified Bureau managers and staff must hold social work professional qualifications.
