內政部警政署警察電訊所組織條例

本條例是依內政部警政署組織條例第五條制定的。

Certain rank-and-grade officers must have their job series selected under the Civil Service Appointment Act, except police officers. Pre-existing telecom line staff, operators, and employees who lack civil service appointment qualifications may keep occupying the listed vacancies and remain employed until they leave.

本所要擬訂本所辦事細則，並報請內政部核定。

本條例的施行日期由行政院以命令決定。

本所受署長命令，負責警察通訊相關事項。

本所設有四課、一室、二中心，並由各單位分別負責前條所列事項。

The secretariat is responsible for research, meetings, public relations, documents, archives, seals, cashiering, office administration, and any matters not assigned to other sections or centers.

This provision sets out one director and one deputy director for the office, and assigns the director overall management and supervision duties.

本所的編制列出各職稱的人數與可列職等。

本所應設人事室，並配置一名主任辦理人事管理；其他所需人員，須在本條例規定員額內派充。

本所應設會計室，並由會計主任依法辦理歲計、會計及統計事項；其他工作人員則在本條例所定員額內派充。

本所得因業務需要，在適當地區設置分所與中繼臺；各分所及中繼臺名稱須冠以內政部警政署警察電訊所及各地區名稱。
