內政部警政署警察機械修理廠組織條例

This provision says the regulation is made under Article 5 of the National Police Agency Organization Act.

本條例的施行日期由行政院以命令 तय定。

內政部警政署警察機械修理廠受署長之命，負責全國警察槍械與車輛的維修、保養、修護及巡迴輔導檢修等事項。

本廠設三課，分別負責前條所列事項。

The factory must have one factory director and one deputy factory director.

This provision sets the staffing numbers and grade ranges for several positions, and allows certain existing non-civil-service employees to keep occupying clerk vacancies until they leave.

本廠應設置一名人事管理員，並依法辦理人事管理事項。

本廠應配置一名會計員，該職務列委任第五職等至薦任第七職等，並依法辦理歲計、會計及統計事項。

第四條至第七條所列有官等、職等的人員，除警察官外，其職務適用的職系，依公務人員任用法第八條選用相關職系。

本廠的辦事細則由本廠擬訂，並報內政部核定。
