行政院原住民族委員會文化園區管理局組織條例

本條例是依行政院原住民族委員會組織條例第七條之二的規定制定。

本條例的施行日期由行政院以命令決定。

本局負責管理原住民族文化園區相關事項，包括資料與文物蒐集整理、展示策劃、人才訓練、設施維護、遊客服務及行政事務。

本局設置三組，並由各組分別辦理前條所列事項。

This bureau must have one director, at the specified senior grade, and the director manages bureau affairs and supervises staff.

This provision lists the office’s staff positions and their grade ranges.

本局應設置一名人事管理員，並依法辦理人事管理事項。

This office must have one accounting officer, at the stated grade range, to handle budgeting, accounting, and statistics matters.

For personnel listed in Articles 4 to 7 with an official rank and grade, the job series applied to their duties is selected according to Article 8 of the Civil Service Employment Act, based on the relevant job series.

本局應擬訂本局辦事細則，並報請行政院原住民族委員會核定。
