行政院客家委員會組織條例

行政院為統籌客家事務，設置行政院客家委員會。

本會應設會計室，配置一名會計主任，並可在法定員額內派充其他工作人員。

For persons listed in Articles 8 to 10 who have official grades or ranks, the job series applicable to their duties must be selected according to Article 8 of the Civil Service Appointment Act.

本會在業務需要時，可以設立各種諮詢委員會，並聘請學者、專家及客家人士代表擔任諮詢委員，且均為無給職。

本會因業務需要時，可以報請行政院核准後聘用研究人員。

本會對中央政府處理或地方政府執行其主管事務，有協調及監督的責任。

本會負責客家事務相關政策、文化、教育、交流、資料整理及其他相關事項。

The committee shall establish three offices to handle the matters listed in the preceding article, and it may divide sections to handle affairs.

本會設主任委員1人及副主任委員2人，其中一名副主任委員職務比照簡任第十四職等，另一名列簡任第十四職等。

本會委員人數為二十一人至二十七人，委員為無給職，任期二年，得連任；但若委員是有關機關代表，其任期會隨職務異動而變更。

委員會原則上每月開會一次；必要時可以召開臨時會議。
