警察消防海巡移民空勤人員及協勤民力安全基金設置管理條例

本基金辦理預算編製、執行及決算編造時，應依預算法、會計法、決算法、審計法及相關法令辦理。

本條設置基金管理會，負責基金的收支、管理及運用；主管機關並可訂定管理辦法加以規範。

管理會委員人數為9至15人；同黨籍委員不得超過半數，且任一性別不得少於三分之一；遴選委員任期三年。

管理會會議由召集人召集並主持；召集人不能執行職務時，由副召集人代理，副召集人也不能執行職務時，由召集人指定一名委員代理。

本基金應重視安全性與收益性，且其存管須依國庫法相關規定辦理。
