內政部國家公園署組織法

內政部為辦理國家公園、國家自然公園、濕地及海岸管理業務，設置國家公園署。

本署負責國家公園、國家自然公園、濕地與海岸管理相關事項的規劃、管理、推動與督導。

The office has one director and one deputy director, each assigned a specified civil service rank.

本署應設主任秘書，該職務列簡任第十一職等。

The agency may establish national park and national natural park management offices when needed. Offices in indigenous areas must keep indigenous staff at no less than one-sixth of budgeted positions.

The ranks, grades, and staffing numbers for the agency’s positions are to be set separately in an establishment table.

本法的施行日期由行政院以命令決定。
