中華民國國徽國旗法

The specifications and use of the ROC national emblem and flag must follow this Act.

政府機關、學校、團體及軍事部隊，應在適當地點設置旗桿，並每日升降國旗。

升降國旗的儀式依序為全體肅立、唱國歌、升（降）旗敬禮；有樂隊或軍號時，可以奏樂或吹升降旗號，最後禮成。

升降國旗時，國民應原地肅立致敬；各種車輛也應原地停車，但火車、救火車、救護車、軍警追捕車及應援車除外。

Rain requires the national flag to be lowered, then raised again after the rain stops; no ceremony is needed outside the prescribed flag-changing times.

下半旗時，國旗要先升到旗桿頂，再降到旗身橫長二分之一處；降旗時也要先升到桿頂，再往下降。

駐外使領館、海軍艦隊和船舶在升降或懸掛國旗時，應依本法辦理，並依國際慣例行之。

國徽、國旗的製造材料應使用國產絲、毛、棉、麻等織品。

製造國徽、國旗時，除了依第三條和第四條的尺度比例外，還要依照附後的比例圖表及尺度標準。

對於工廠或商店製售而不合標準的國徽、國旗，當地政府應予嚴格取締或糾正。

商店住戶懸掛的國旗，應以附表中的第六號尺寸為標準。

國徽、國旗原則上不得綴置各種符號，但法律另有規定者不在此限。

政府機關、學校、團體及軍事部隊，應在禮堂和集會場所正中央，將國旗懸掛在國父遺像上方。

在門首懸掛國旗時，旗幟應掛在門楣左上方；旗桿與門楣成三十度角。

室外懸掛國旗的時間是從日出到日落。

國旗與外國旗並用時，旗幅和旗桿長短要相等；國旗位於右、外國旗位於左，交叉懸掛時國旗旗桿在上。國旗與其他旗幟並用時，適用同樣規則。
