服制條例

This provision lists the required styles, materials, colors, and button counts for men's formal dress items.

Women's formal dress must follow one of two specified styles, with set requirements for length, collar, front overlap, sleeves, material, color, and button count.

男女在因國際關係而服用禮服時，可以採用國際間通用的禮服。

Male civil servants’ uniforms must follow the listed specifications.

Female civil servants must wear uniforms according to the stated rule, with the clothing matching Article 2, Category A, Item 1, but with no restriction on color.

第1、2、4、5條規定的服制，其材料只限使用國貨。

Uniforms for diplomats, judges, military personnel, police, students, and other civil servants may follow special rules where those rules exist; cap insignia is limited to the national emblem.

公務員舉行典禮時，適用何種服制，由主管機關長官臨時決定。

本條例自公布之日施行。
