地方民意代表費用支給及村里長事務補助費補助條例

This provision states that the条例 is made under specified paragraphs of the Local Government Act.

本條例原則上自公布日施行，但列舉的修正條文分別另有不同施行日。

This provision defines who counts as a local民意代表.

地方民意代表每月可以支給研究費，但金額不得超過本條列出的標準。

During lawful meetings, local elected representatives may be paid attendance, transport, and meal fees, but each fee has a maximum daily amount.

地方民意機關得編列預算，支應地方民意代表的多項工作相關費用；特定議長、副議長及代表會主席、副主席的因公特別費也可由預算支應。

直轄市、縣（市）議會可以編列議員助理補助費，但金額、助理人數、日薪助理支出、以及議會分擔的雇主費用都有上限；議會也要建立相關內部控制制度。

村（里）長相關費用由鄉（鎮、市、區）公所編列；事務補助費每村（里）每月新臺幣五萬元，原住民族地區再加二成，並隨公務人員加給通案調整。

村（里）長任職滿六屆且年滿六十五歲者，應給予慰勞金及表揚；相關額度與支給辦法由內政部訂定。

Local representative payments and village/borough chief administrative subsidies must follow this Act; anything not provided for in the Act may not be included in the budget for payment.

地方自治團體應依相關法律規定，將本條例規定的費用編入預算辦理。
