國民大會職權行使法

This law is enacted based on Constitution Article 34 and Article 1 of the Additional Articles; where this law does not provide a rule, other laws apply.

This provision sets the voting procedure for constitutional amendments, territorial changes, and impeachment of the President or Vice President.

憲法修正案或領土變更案的複決結果確定後，國民大會須在三日內請總統公布。

當會議主席宣告總統或副總統彈劾案通過時，被彈劾人的解職立即生效。

The National Assembly must announce the final result of an impeachment case for the President or Vice President within three days after it is confirmed, and notify the Legislative Yuan and the impeached person.

If the National Assembly is reviewing an impeachment case against the President or Vice President, the review ends if the impeached person resigns or dies.

本法自公布日開始施行。

National Assembly representatives must convene on their own within 10 days after election results are confirmed, and the assembly may last no longer than one month.

國民大會秘書處要在國民大會集會前，把立法院提出的憲法修正案、領土變更案或總統、副總統彈劾案印送給全體代表；立法院要在集會時派員到會場向全體代表說明這些提案的要旨。

國民大會在開議日要舉行預備會議並進行代表宣誓。

國民大會應設主席團主席十一人，由他們負責主持會議。

The chair of the presidium jointly decides the agenda order.

國民大會開議前，出席人數必須達代表總額三分之一以上。

由政黨或聯盟推薦的國民大會代表，在行使職權時要依選票上印的贊成或反對意見，採記名投票。

國民大會代表就立法院提出的憲法修正案和領土變更案，必須作全案複決，不能再提出修正動議。
