紀念日及節日實施條例

This provision states that the act is enacted to give special significance to commemorative days and festivals and to set holiday dates and related celebration or remembrance activities.

本條例自公布日開始施行。

本條例的主管機關是內政部。

This provision lists the names and dates of 20 commemorative days.

The listed commemorative days are each a one-day holiday; all other days are not holidays.

This provision lists holiday names and their dates, and gives the Indigenous Peoples Commission power to announce Indigenous group holiday dates after consulting customs and community views.

在紀念日，各機關應懸掛國旗；相關機關、團體及學校並應依規定辦理指定的紀念活動。

紀念日及節日的放假日如果碰上例假日，應補假；調整放假和補行上班日期，原則上由目的事業主管機關調移並公告。

特殊情形下，放假日可以依規定調移；由目的事業主管機關依不同機關類型決定調移。
