About this statute

Listed professionals and other child-and-youth welfare workers can be fined if they violate the Article 53(1) reporting rule without a justifiable reason. (刪除) 主管機關應命符合條件的父母、監護人或實際照顧兒童及少年之人接受4至50小時的親職教育輔導。 違反第六十九條第一項時,主管機關可對廣播、電視事業或相關媒體負責人處新臺幣三萬元以上十五萬元以下罰鍰,並可命限期改正、移除內容、下架、沒入物品或採其他必要處置;逾期未改正或未履行者,可按次處罰。 If specified caregivers, teachers, employers, medical personnel, or related persons violate Article 70(2) without justifiable reason, they are subject to a fine of NT$6,000 to NT$30,000, and the fine may be imposed repeatedly until they cooperate or provide the relevant information.
