The association has a board of directors, and the article sets how many directors there are, how they are selected, and their four-year terms. The Red Cross General Association sets up a standing board to handle daily affairs, made up of 5 to 7 standing directors chosen by the directors. The Red Cross supervisory board must review the organization’s accounts and inspect its affairs; it has nine supervisors, including three appointed ex officio by the government and six elected by the national members’ representatives meeting. 理事會、常務理事會、監事會與常務監事會各有固定開會頻率,且必要時都可以舉行臨時會。 中華民國紅十字會總會理事會可以依其事業設立各種委員會。
