中華民國紅十字會法

The Chinese Red Cross is established with the purpose of developing humanitarian service work, in line with government-signed international Red Cross conventions and the principles adopted by the International Red Cross Conference.

The association has a board of directors, and the article sets how many directors there are, how they are selected, and their four-year terms.

The Red Cross General Association sets up a standing board to handle daily affairs, made up of 5 to 7 standing directors chosen by the directors.

The board of the General Society of the Red Cross appoints one honorary chair and several honorary vice chairs.

紅十字會總會的全國會員代表大會原則上每兩年在中央政府所在地舉行一次；必要時，經理事會決議可改在全國其他地方舉行。

本條規定總會設會長一人、副會長一至三人，並由全國會員代表大會選舉；會長任期四年，可連任。
