行人交通安全設施條例

About this statute

中央主管機關應會同交通部,每年考評並公布各直轄市、縣(市)主管機關的行人交通安全設施改善計畫執行成效;若年度考評績效不佳,中央主管機關及交通部得減列相關道路交通改善計畫的補助額度。 If the deadline in Article 8(1) is missed, the local competent authority may fine the management authority/organization, owner, user, or manager TWD 30,000 to 150,000, and may fine repeatedly. If improvement is not completed within the Article 9(2) deadline, the local government authority may fine the building owner, user, or manager NT$5,000 to NT$25,000 and may impose the fine repeatedly. 本條例的施行細則由中央主管機關會同交通部訂定。 本條例的施行日期由行政院決定。
