省保安警察隊組織條例

省保安警察隊隸屬於省警保處，並依本條例規定執行任務。

省保安警察隊各種隊的隊番號，應按數字順序編定，並冠以省名。

省保安警察隊要依省警保處命令分駐各地；也可受當地行政長官指揮，並須盡力辦理或協助與治安有關的請求。

省保安警察隊清剿匪患時，應分區行動，並與當地警察機關及鄉鎮保甲聯繫；在兩省交界巡邏時，還應確實協同剿匪。
