警察教育條例

This provision says the regulation is made under Articles 3 and 15 of the Police Act.

內政部負責訂定警察學校的課程標準；警察專科學校及警察大學的教育科目則由內政部會同教育部訂定。

內政部負責訂定警察專科學校與警察大學學生／學員在教育期間的學籍處分、退學、退訓、留校察看及獎懲規則。

Foreign current police personnel who come to Taiwan to study policing are sent by the Ministry of the Interior to the Ministry of Education for review, then assigned to enter the Police College or Police University.
