About this statute
The police uniform system is governed by this regulation. Police uniforms are divided into three types, and current police personnel must wear or use them as prescribed. 警察人員在列明的正式場合應穿禮服；在第四款情形下，禮服可以改穿常服。 警察人員在平日執行職務或參加集會時，原則上可以穿便服；因任務需要時，也可以不穿制服。 內政部負責訂定警察制服式樣及應佩帶的標識；各級警察機關負責統籌製發警察制服及標識。
