警察獎章條例

警察人員如有功績或特殊優良事蹟，依本條例頒給警察獎章。

內政部有權訂定本條例施行細則。

內政部可以在警察人員符合本條列出的情形之一時，頒給警察獎章。

Police medals are divided into four grades, each with three levels, and may be promoted step by step up to first grade, level one.

依申請請頒者，會依功績核給一至三等警察獎章；同一事蹟不能重複請頒獎章。另有第十一款的不同等級對應。

內政部負責核頒警察獎章及證書，並辦理登記管理；警察獎章遺失者可透過服務機關申請補發證書。

警察獎章可在參加國家重要慶典集會時佩帶；佩帶時應服裝整齊，且有勳章時要把警察獎章佩帶在勳章之後。

If a person awarded a police medal is later declared deprived of civil rights by a final criminal judgment, they must return the police medal and certificate.

The Ministry of the Interior determines the style of police medals and certificates.

依警察機關、學校組織法規所定的一般行政人員、技術人員及教育人員，準用本條例頒給警察獎章。
