行政院海岸巡防署海岸巡防總局各地區巡防局組織通則

This rule is made under Article 5 of the Coast Guard Administration’s organization act.

This provision says certain civil service positions with rank and grade must use an applicable job series under Article 8 of the Civil Service Employment Act, and those positions may be filled by equivalent-rank police officers and customs officers transferred in 1990 (Republic of China calendar 89).

各地區巡防局為任務需要，應設岸巡總隊及所屬單位；東部地區巡防局另設醫務隊。

各地區巡防局應擬訂其辦事細則，並報請行政院海岸巡防署海岸巡防總局核定。

本通則的施行日期由行政院 تعیین?

海岸巡防總局設有北部、中部、南部、東部地區巡防局。

各地區巡防局負責辦理海岸管制、查緝走私、阻止非法入出國、海岸犯罪偵防、港口安全檢查、涉外事務處理，以及相關通訊與資訊設備運作維持等事項。

各地區巡防局設置若干內部單位，並由各單位分別負責前條所列事項。

各地區巡防局設秘書室，負責文書、印信、出納、庶務、公共關係、研考、為民服務及其他未歸屬各科、室、中心的事項。

各地區巡防局設局長與副局長；局長負責綜理局務並指揮、監督所屬單位及人員，副局長協助處理局務。

各地區巡防局的人員編制與職等/軍階配置按本條規定；海岸巡防總局可依業務需要調配前項員額。

各地區巡防局必須設置人事室，配置一名主任，並由主任依法辦理人事管理事項；其餘所需人員由各局在編制員額內派充。

Each district patrol bureau must establish an accounting office, appoint one accounting chief, and have the chief handle budgeting, accounting, and statistics according to law.
